Extended Family is proud to premiere an external release from family friend Super Jupiter! ‘Torso’ is a deeply introspective house track that features fluttering synths gliding over sharp percussion, all while Scarlett contemplates the true meaning of her love for Joaquin.

Usually at home in the realm of techno with Empress Records, Jupiter is a real lover of all things electronic with several mixes and an EP under his belt. We’re so excited to be able to showcase his incredibly clean production with this new progressive track that’s bound to tug on the heartstrings.

"One of the happy accidents when experimenting with keys. I’d been hitting a wall writing a much heavier techno track and decided to take a break and write some melodies. This one came out pretty quickly, I recorded the third attempt and that one stuck. Stepping away from the minuscule details and just playing whatever came out was very liberating.

I like it stripped back and simple. Feels more emotive and personal that way.”
